The leadership structure that ensures accountability, quality, and sustainable growth.
Ulrika Institute of Home Economics operates under the patronage of Blessed Sister Ulrika and is governed by the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Reparatrix (IHMR) – Ggogonya. The IHMR Sisters have been at the forefront of providing quality vocational training for over four decades.
The congregation's mission of empowering disadvantaged communities through education and skills training continues to guide our institution today.
The Governing Council is the highest decision‑making body of the institute. It provides strategic oversight, approves policies, and ensures that the institution fulfills its mission. The council is composed of representatives from the IHMR Sisters, the Principal, staff, and community stakeholders.
